Where Our Antlers Come From
Our antlers exclusively come from wild, naturally shed elk, deer, and moose. We do not purchase from farm-raised animals.
Most of our antlers are collected throughout the Rocky Mountain region—primarily in Wyoming, and also in parts of Montana, Colorado, Idaho, South Dakota—plus Alaska for moose. Each antler is hand-selected for quality and safety before it’s cleaned, cut, and prepared for your dog chew toy needs.
Why Wild-Shed Matters
Ethical sourcing is at the core of Chewy Pawz. Wild-shed antlers are a natural, harm-free, and sustainable resource.
Farm-raised antlers can differ in texture and odor, and many are cut from live animals before natural shed—a painful and unnecessary practice we refuse to support. Choosing wild-shed means a higher-quality dog chew while standing by our belief that no animal should ever be harmed for a dog chew or dog chew toy.
Respect for Wildlife
We strictly follow local laws and seasonal shed-hunting restrictions to protect wildlife and habitats.
Our network of shed hunters provides assurance that all antlers are collected responsibly—never by chasing or pressuring herds, especially during critical spring months. We’re committed to balancing responsible sourcing and wildlife conservation.
